Processing

You can choose to have your parcel delivered to your home address or the address the gift is intended for.

All our orders are processed within one business day. Orders will be dispatched by 9am the following day after payment has been received.

Any products containing chilled food will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. You will be supplied with a tracking number.

We currently use Royal Mail as our main courier. Unless parcels contain chilled food, the items will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. Your parcel will be received within 2-3 days from dispatch.

Any parcels containing food that needs to kept cold, will be packaged with an ice pack. This is to ensure the food arrives at the correct temperature and maintains upmost freshness whilst in transit.

As a business we may run special offers on delivery charges such as free delivery. All methods of delivery will stay the same as stated above but you as the customer will not pay anthing towards the delivery.

We currently only deliver to mainland UK this inlcudes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Alcohol sales

All sales which include alcohol or knives will require an adult of at least 18 years of age to receive the parcel at the selected delivery address entered at the time of checkout.

Any persons under the age of 18 years of age will not be allowed to purchase hampers or gifts including alcohol or knives. We run a state-of-the-art age verification software in the background by Blubolt Age Checked after your order has been checked out to confirm that you are 18 years or above. This is a convenient way to process age verification online for our customers without any more information needed. This helps to protect us a business, our customers, and minors.

If the verification is unable to be processed for any reason, we as a business may ask for other ways to confirm your age, we will be in touch.

All alcohol orders will be processed as soon as age verification has been finalised.
